Teaching staff are free to publish new or existing lecture material on iTunes U. The material must, however, meet certain criteria:

• It must contain relevant information
• Any form of advertising is forbidden
• Only use non-copyrighted material or material under a creative commons license
• Never publish compromising images of people
• Use material from public gatherings
